2 hrs of labor

took me two hours to make just 3 cups of brown rice flour. i had to do it by hand and that shit got tired. is there any of easy way to do it?

My pet iguana used a coffee grinder until he fried it. Then he took the box over to the grocery store and used theirs. He set the grinder on Turkish.

try getting dark rye flour instead. most grocery stores carry that. possibly in the ethnic food section.

My iguana goes to a health food store and buys already ground brown rice flour and rye flour.

A coffee grinder works great, but read the instuctions, you can't grind for like 15 minutes straight or it'll over heat and fry the motor. If I have a lot to grind I stick the grinder in the freezer for like 20 minutes.
