They are going out of business and you may or may not find extra cheap nitrous and whip cream dispensers there.
I didn't. The one I went to awhile ago seemed to have sold out quite early, and it's been going out of business for awhile now. But it wouldn't hurt to try.

You can also find some cheap plastic tubs, if you want them for any reason....
