B+ cased with what!

I recenetly got some B+ spores and wanted to know what to case them with. Ive seen so many different things that B+ has been cased with and was wondering which gives the biggest yields and size?

Try coco coir. It colonizes much faster than 50/50+ or verm.

Straight coir is very susceptible to green, I've got B+ cased with 50/50+ and it's doing great.
