Why does ICQ suck so much?

Is it just me or have the people at Mirabilis let ICQ go to shit, since AOL bought 'em out?  I loved ICQ back around with 99b, I am currently looking for an old install exe for that version, it is perfect....
I try to complain through there website, but it send me to a forum to complain with other users!  The file transfers NEVER work, the connection simply drops out halfway thru and tells party#1 that party#2 disconnected and vice verca!
Useless features are crammed into each version with each one being worse than the last.  Honestly, when was the last time you received and ICQ email express message?  That's what i thought.  Anybody have ideas on some way to be heard in all of this, I want to bitch and whine to them but they seem to have their ears plugged....
Does anybody share this opinion or do you all _LIKE_ this new ICQ? :confused: :mad: :confused:

Don't bother with 99b, it does not work at all nowadays. I use Miranda (look on your local Tucows mirror), it is fairly decent, not bloated like the AOL-ware, haven't tried file transfers though.

ICQ sucks now because AOL bought it, and everyone knows that AOL is king shit of shitty products.
