Hello to all advanced mycophils and professionals! I have a question, but I have not find the reply yet anywhere...:

-*- How much psilocybin/psilocin( % per dry matter) Sclerotium of Ps. mexicana contains?

-*- Is relative contents of psyhoactive compounds in fruitbodies(dry matter)  more/less than in sclerotiums (dry matter)?

If you know, post the reply pLeAsE :laugh:

a strong trip is obtained with 8-15grams (saw it on another forum, hope that helps)

It is supposed to be approximately the same in dry matter.

So, 8 gr is much to much! Don't eat so much shrooms if you're not experienced. If it's your first time on whatever shrooms, rather try 2-3 gr. Don't be in a hurry to know the power of shrooms.

he was talking about sclerotia, to trip. 15 is a normal dose.

in my opinion 3grams is to much for azur, if new I would start at 1g if they are bone dry and you are not experienced with them. With all others mushrooms I would agree 2 is a safe number maybe 1.5 for ps cyans. But the increased psilocin and psilocyben of azurs (and to a lesser degree ps cyan) makes the shrooms hit you much faster and then once the psilocyben is converted to psilocin in your boddy it is a stronger experience. Just look at the numbers in Paul Staments new Gormet Mushroom book. I think they are in his psychodelic mush book also but I am not fortunate enough to have that one.
