Azurescens down south

what would be the best time of the year to start an azure patch down south - in zones 7-8? anyone have experience w/ this? I know azures are a northwestern species and i am familiar w/ the outdoor teks but what changes should i make cultivating outdoors here? any feedback appreciated :wink:
