You can understand someone taking random peoples' lives? People that never did anything to the guy?  :frown: I can't understand war, let alone killing someone that is innocent. I could never live with the fact that I took someone's life away, life is too precious.

Larry, you're right. Nobody's innocent, but there is no reason for people to just be going along with their daily routines and then all of a sudden be shot dead.

Man Larry, I read your other thread about slitting your wrists and felt bad for you. I can relate (not to slitting my wrists) but to feeling depressed and hopeless. and yes contemplating suicide. I am at least beyond thinking about suicide at this point in my life, but when I think back to earlier in my life the things I used to do acting out, like steal and thrash people's cars and beat strangers up, pretty fucked up shit, although I never even would have considered something as permanent as taking a life even at my worst point.... Maybe when you are past whatever funk you're in you'll realize more the importance of what exactly an INDIVIDUAL is. How can you possibly understand why someone would want to permanently end the life of a person they have never met, an individual that could have any viewpoint but you haven't even taken the time to find out what it is. Because "everyone except me is the same" or whatever bullshit it is that rules your thought process? Get your head out of your ass. Everyone is just like you. Everyone has problems. Try realizing that everyone has problems and everyone is just doing the best they can at that moment. And then tell me how exactly you "can understand" why it the best someone could do at anytime is to go shoot a lady sitting on a bench in the head, and a guy mowing his lawn, and some lady cleaning her car, and an old guy walking down the street. How much pain has this one person caused, and why exactly. Why those people? Enlighten me Larry, what exactly does it take to "understand" why this is OK? Complete ignorance to the fact that every other person out there in the world is more or less exactly like you? Having a few assholes make fun of you at school? Not being able to get any play from the ladies? Really, I want to know what fucks with a persons head so bad that they can "understand" killing 7 complete strangers. Fucking shit.

Yeah my girl called me the other day freaking out (she lives in Montgomery County) First thing I thought was that guy has played way too much GTA3. Either that or he was in the Gulf War and was getting bored of not killing people...

It's sad really... this guy I know says he should wear a shirt saying "population control", but that's just messed up...

I live right outside DC.. I don't know what to think about this except there are hundreds of murders in DC every year that you don't hear about.

This shit is FUCKED UP....5 shootings happened like two miles from my house. I'm not really scared or anything but its very upseting. The cops are everywhere. On Thursday, somebody reported having seen a white truck speeding away from the see of one of the murders. As a result, the cops were pulling over EVERY white truck matching the discription (white commercial truck, black lettering on side....which there are billions of around here) and pulling people out of it AT GUNPOINT so they could investigate. Then they put orange stickers on the ones they had checked. Personally, I think that is bullshit. 1) they didn't even know that the white truck spotted at the scene was involved 2)if it was....why couldn't the shooter just stick an orange sticker on the back so the cops would think they already checked him. The Mongomery County Cops, or the Mo-Go-Co-Po-Po as we so affectionately call them are grossly incompetent. Look at this pic.....this is bull shit!

An SKS does not fire a .223... It can not be an SKS or AK, it is either a varmint gun or more likely in my opinion and AR variant.

HAAHAHAHH, that picture is ridiculous. That poor lady just doesn't look like the type, man. Seriously though, the orange sticker idea isn't bullshit on it's own, it's actually kind of ingenious. PUBLICIZING it on the other hand gives idiotic a bad name.

Whoever said active CIA, I wouldn't be surprised if you are right. Maybe all the people who got shot said anti George Bush things and the wrong person overheard...
