them allergy drugs is some weird shit... i recommend you stop taking em. alsu if you cover them in honey instead of drying them they are tripifully better cause the complex sugar molecules protect the trippin molecules and they taste better too. it says to do that in the bible so it must be true he he.
so you have noidea whats in those allergy medicines? they fuck yu up too much the only reason you have allergies is cause everybody feels the need to mow their lawn. it causes problems also pollution has to do with it. maybe the shrooms arent nutritioned enuf too

I know that Prilosec shuts off some of the
stomach's acid pumps.I know that psilocybin
needs acid to activate somehow.(hence the
ascorbic acid some people take with it)
I really don't think its the Allegra.
Anyone on Prilosec?

I'd have to guess the Effexor.. it's a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, so it might be inhibiting your uptake of the psilocybian alkaloids.

Mark this post of mine as pure speculation, as I don't know too much about pharmakology etc.
But it sounds to me that the combination of a SSRI and the Prilosec is the culprit. First the low levels of stomach-acid inhibits the absorption of the active compounds, and what little you absorb might be ineffective against the SSRI.
Try laying off the Prilosec first and then go for another try.And ask some doctor you trust about the drug interactions SSRI/psylocibine.

Well I gradually got the Effexor out of my system and took some vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) before dosing with 2 grams of the same shrooms..Very nice feeling! Great closed eye
visuals.Effexor and shrooms don't mix!!
