Honestly, save up some money and grow mushrooms.
For you to buy mushrooms (well here atleast) its gonna cost you around 10-20$...maybe even more
you can
not use a pressre cooker, you can use a pot (which you already have, almost guaranteed) and a lid. You can use brown rice flour and vermiculite which is around $5...and then some glass cups + tinfoil
you'll probably only need to buy the brf and vermiculite, a spore print or syringe and you most likely have something lying around your house that you can use as a fruiting chamber

it will take time, a small amount of money, and patience..but its worth it
its not like your any better off going the cheap and easy way and buying $10 worth of musrhooms that last you one trip when you could easily grow them and keep producing them

From what I understand, some people just grind and eat them.

Invest in the drug that you want to trip on. Don't nit pick over a few dollars when extracting dmt has been made easy by marsofolds tek. Mescaline has been made easy by mjshroomer's tek, and growing mushrooms have been made easy and cheap by the pf tek.
Mushrooms - 40 dollars if you are saving money
Dmt - I would say 100 dollars if you were extracting 228 grams of bark, but you could always go lower
Mescaline - around 20 dollars

I'm just going to point out that everything needed to prepare DMT (other than the rootbark) shouldn't cost more than 15 bucks. NaOH and solvent products are everywhere if you know where to look, and everything else is pots, cups, etc.

I said 100 because 228 grams of rootbark costs around 70 dollars including shipping from a trusted source, then adding materials needed for the extraction I figured that 100 sounded like a good round number.

4-HO-DMT is psilocin. The yopo seeds do contain 5-MeO-DMT and Bufotenin, though.
