should i give up?

i am just about to start the pinning stage, my compost is grown almost totally over, but now i am noticing some small like 1 mm patches of green... i'm figuring this is penicillin.... what can i do? should i just chuck everything or try to take them out? put baking soda on it maybe?

Cut out the green stuff, couple inches all around just to make sure you get all fo it.

Try anything.
Cut it away, peroxide, bakin soda

IME you will not beat the green, maybe best to get rid

It is in your best intersest to get rid of any molds as soon as you see them starting. Try to even catch em before they get mature and sporalate. Green molds usually start off as a white mass/fuzz that grows really fast before it turns green. Doesnt take long for it to go green tho.

All you are doing by keeping moldy substrate around is compromising future grows by upping the mold spore count.

Green is a very hardy contam, good luck fighting it off. If it gets below the casing layer its definatly over.
