sterilizing casing

i was just about to put some casing down, but wanted to know if you could bake it in the oven at 250 degrees for half an hour or so?? or any other ways besides PC'ing. I read the FAQ and it only said PC or pasturize. are these the only way to do it?? thanks in advanced

You can Microwave it..    Do it in intervols of like 3 min.  take it out and stir. then repeat.    My friend usually goes to 12 minutes with great results..

yea i usually microwave mine, but ive put it in the over on 180 for like 45 mins with no probs
