(Sorry for apparently flooding this place with Sigur Ros-related posts!)
Revolution, were you at the Edinburgh gig last night? That was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. They were on stunning form, especially jonsi's singing. I couldn't believe how good that was! What did you make of the new stuff?

It was fucking amazing. I was in awe the entire time...like when he sang into his guitar at the end of Svern g-englar..i think that, and the first song and the last song they played were the highlights. Such a great setting too.. was kind of worried about skinning up in such a small place but it worked out okay in the end. Even though you don't understand the words, it's so powerful that you sort of write your own words in your mind....and those visuals were amazing. I need to get the new album.
Were you the guy wearing the mogwai hoodie?

No, I was in a green top. There were shitloads of Mogwai hoodies about too. Were you wearing a denim jacket, and came down to the front to smoke up with a mate, with a pint? Cos if you were, I was passed your doob. Cheers!
Yeah I can't wait for the new album. Apparently some of its been leaked onto Kazaa; not the whole thing, but samples. I'm going to try and wait till it's released till I get it though. Blastrid, it's out in a few weeks I think... not sure of exact date, but quite soon.
Holy shit, I'm still recovering from the quality of that gig.

Did you get a look at the CDs they were selling at that stall next to the bar? I didn't really, but I could see the Agaetis Byrjun album, what looked like the Svefn-G-Englar single...and this other one that I hadn't seen before. It had a red cover with an alien on it. I looked on amazon but I couldn't see it.

I didn't see that red one. The only other one I saw was "Von", which has a light brown cover with a green recylcing sign on it. It was their first album, and still only on Icelandic release. I ordered it direct from FatCat a while back. It's worth checking out.
Shit... if I've missed a tour CD I'll be quite annoyed. I was sure I couldn't see anything. Oh well.
