You put your fan pointing up but I bet it takes longer for your top ones to dry because your just blowing the moisture back into them.

You still have me a little confused.So you don't turn on your dehydrator or does your dehydrator not get warm?I'm trying to figure out why you need all three to dry your mushrooms when anyone of them will dry them by themselves.If it works stick to it.Also how fast do they dry by using 3 drying methods at once?
You never know if you come back and say like 2 hours to dry,,Ill start doing it..
