Delayed colonization???
    #930805 - 10/04/02 03:49 AM (14 years, 7 months ago)

Checked on a jar i left behind after like 14 days or so it had no growth so i just let it be. Now on like day 24 it has massive growth i'd say around 75% seems to be spreading pretty rapidly. Anyway this could happen in my abscence of those 10 days???? Just seems peculiar

Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.

It is very possible. I would watch out and make sure it is not a contam though. Is it possible the temperature or overall environment changed? I recently had a jar of a different species take a month to show signs of growth. I was going to throw it out and was then amazed to see a ball of colonisation.

Bah now I read this. I've had nine jars sitting somewhere for 3 weeks with absolutely no sign of growth (BRF method). So I just binned em.
At least I did something right, they were completely sterile lol

No they had no surrounding changes and they were done straight pf tek.  If its cobweb it'll turn green so ima just let em colonize until i think there %100 and birth then if they stink like sh*t i'll toss em and hopefully not die
