Water droplets on the inside of the jar is not the same as a "good amount of water rolling around at the bottom". That's a breeding ground for bacteria/contams, and is NOT good, by any means.

I hear a lot about dunking [and rolling] when fruiting the cakes themselves, but what if you are spawning BRF cakes to a bulk sub? I would imagine dunking would offer the same benefits, no?
I've also heard some different views in regards to the use of h2o2. Is it suggested/necessary?

Dunking is not necessary when spawning to bulk. It will only hinder the colonization of the bulk substrate, when the spawn has to recover from dunking...

I would dunk after first flush. Bulk substrates usually contain enough moisture to get through one flush decently.
When fruiting cakes as cakes you dunk on birthday.

Many new cultivators have done side by side comparisons off dunking agaisnt not. The results r alwways the same. Dunking produves ebetter results.
Mushrooms need water.

im sorry but i m confused when u say "if i dont wait". wait for what?, could explain alittle more on what you're meaning
when dunking should the brf cakes b submerged completely or just floating?

Bro, everyone has said 12-24 hrs - NOT a minute.
And they need to be completely submerged and held down w/ weight like a plate to keep them under. Tap water should be OK but why not get a bottle of distilled to be safer?

Well if you're gonna be safe get the distilled. Buy it at the store, bring it home, use it when it's still cool - and then keep your container at room temp. To do this, get a pot that you can fit a plate inside. Put your cakes in the water, then put the plate on top of them, which will hold them under water.

Spring water is preferred for dunking but tap water is okay to, I'm not sure how long to dunk actually. 24 hours would probably be the best.
