Yes, they are the only way i can fall asleep. I guess thats kind of sad to depend on them, i think i might have a problem. But pop 3 of the generic ones and your out in half hour. Plus it gives these weird feeling when it starts working

the ingredient in Tylenol PM that puts you to sleep is diphenhydramine (Benadryl). you can do your liver a favor by just buying some generic benadryl and skipping the acetaminophen.... unless you actually do have pain

yeah... i used to buy Kroger brand diphenhydramine which worked pretty well, but after i moved i couldn't find it so i bought another brand.... for some reason it doesn't seem to work as well.
even so, have you checked the dose of diphenhydramine in each product? if the dose is different, that could make a huge difference. also since you really do have pain, maybe the acetaminophen really does make a difference.
