fruiting problems

hello i have no pics but i will explain whats happenign
i have my cake in a tapper two times taller than the cake, with perlite and water, 8 holes in the middle bottom of each face, and a humid and temperature meter inside, it marks from 68 to 72 ferenheit grades, 100% of humidity and its in my bedroom near the window and no direct light reachs it, i have the air conditioning.
its been there for 10 days. and what i though was primordia went green. although i have another tapper outside, spring temperature 79 ferenheit, and indirect light, its healthy but the same problem.
the tapper doesnt have water drops in the walls but the meter says it is 100% humid. i did dunk and roll.
the micelium eated the dried vermiculite. so i did dunk and roll again last night

Cakes often bruise green or blue if they dry out. If the color you see is bruising, you can soak it overnight in water to re-hydrate the cake.
If you're not sure if it's mold or bruising, post a picture for us. RR

yes but i think the jars gets contaminated trought the 4 holes of 5mm each and passes the verm layer.
altough i have another cake outside with no contamination and it doesnt fruit. the fruiting chamber has 16 holes of 1/2 inches each and i fan it twice a day. the humidity meter says it is 100% but there are no water drops in the walls of the fruiting chamber

slicknick what is a FEA?
do u think the cake ouside now that its soaking inside the fridge can make it?
the last thing i can think of is the lack of free air, but im fanning twice a day and the holes in the fruitign chamber...
maybe the lack of water drops in the walls of the fruiting chamber, however the meter says 100% humidity
