good alternative for BRF

Well, I have some BRF, but i'm wondering what is good to mix with the verm and still get a good PF tek outcome. anyone got any good suggestions?

Just about any whole grain flour will work. Rye flour works good and is cheap.

whole wheat flour works too. i think the only difference is that the strength of your mushies won't be as much.

Im using whole wheat flour and the mycellum is growing fine. I think the only difference is the mycellum grows slower

corn flour

work okee, from personal experience, as for flours i prefer corn.

ill give it a try if it has any chance. corn flakes come to mind but its made for humans, not fungii? what about whole wheat bread? I think bread will do cause Ive seen other molds on old breads

You can sawp brf for anything else with nutrients - rye, rye grass seeds, millet, manure, compost, rye grain, you name it...
