Audiovent- Incubus esque band

ARRRR MATEYS! I thought I'd try this new forum out(in a non inane way).

Who here likes Incubus?
I sure know I love them. If you like older Incubus(none of that Morning View trash), you need to check out the lead singer of Incubus's little brother's band: Audiovent.

Audiovent sounds almost just like Incubus, but not like Hoobastank(who also sounds like Incubus). They have a sound thats similar to a mix between Science and Make Yourself, but they don't have the turn tables/technoish elements. Just stright up rock, werd.

I reccomend that you check out the following songs and tell us what you think:

Audiovent - The Energy
Audiovent - Looking Down
Audiovent - Gravity
Audiovent - I can't breath

Any of those song kick almost as much ass as ninjas do, so check them out.

I'll be out buying this CD after I cash my pay check, its good stuff.

Ive heard The Energy its a real good song. Also not all the songs on Morning View are trash. :smirk:

Not all, but a lot. I hate the new whiny style they have. You can only listen to a certain amount of songs about breaks up and missing people, you know?

OK OK, Your talking about Fungus Amongus, and S.C.I.E.N.C.E Incubus music?

IMO Incubus sounds a whole lot better when they came out with Make Yourself and so on. They were decent with their first 2 CD's but their last 4 blow them out of the water. They are basicly what made them famous. Morning View is definatly NOT trash. Dont get me wrong they have some great songs in their early days.
