I have a tub that's just been picked. How do I get a second flush? It's WBS spawned to poo.

Soak it in water for 4-8 hours.
Drain it.
Put it back in to fruiting

Is it ok to eat fresh ones ? just picked the picked the biggest one today to let the rest catch up and was wondering about dry or fresh which is better to eat ? I would think a mush is a mush, right? plus a lil cautious about the fresh weight 21.4g's, is that to much for one person to eat@fresh weight ? lol if this is the wrong place for this type of question, I apologize

How much dried do you eat? Figure they lose close to 90% of their weight to dehydration... Do you eat 1-2 grams dried, if you do 21.4g is your ticket...
One thing to remember if you are going to eat a fresh mushie, you have a deadline... they can remain dried for a long time, fresh they spoil quick...

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this site been browsing it for a week or two looking for info. Tons of good info here. I figured I'd use this topic as my first post. I'm trying to get into this and adopt it as my second hobby. Unfortunately I live in California where they seem to think spores are a REAL THREAT!! WTF? I don't get it. I'm not asking for anything and I have read the site rules.
Not to sound too off topic or anything but back when I was in the army stationed in Germany a friend and I went to Amsterdam and bought some shrooms. Cubensis and some Panaeolus cyances I believe. Awesome experience with he cubesis but we didn't like the Panaeolus too much. They gave us a very depressing trip, both times we tried them.
That was roughly 12 years ago though so Im a tad sketchy on the names. Recently I became interested in this again and decided I would try and grow some.
So anyway for a question, what would be the easiest method for a beginner? I'm not a real fan of buying too much pre made junk I do like doing things on my own. I thought of possibly just growing some oyster mushrooms to start and get the methods down before i try growing some cubensis. I still have to ask my sister in Arizona if shell be willing to help me out with getting the spores. A short answer is all I'm looking for.

This varies between people, I have seen some at 1" and some at 2"...
I did 1" in mine...
