Pics always help... But BLACK is no-good... Best thing to do with a contaminated jar is to re pressure cook it for original time to sterilize the contam inside before you open in your home to dispose.

the best thing to do would be to take them outside and dispose of them

I disagree... Its always better to re-sterilize your jars before you open them...no matter where...Inside or Out... Once re-sterilized properly, the threat is gone...

 For not doing that!
Another round in the PC makes them harmless... (assuming you sterilize correctly to begin with)
Goodluck on your first grow!

im with Total on the re-PC'n
that way even if you did take it outside,. and opened it, the enodspores or what not from the mold/bacteria that was in the jar could get on you,. and youd bring them back into the house anyhow,. even if you didnt get any on you, you'd bring the unsterilized jar back into the house and spread it around that way,.

Thanks total, For my post's answer and the PC contamination idea.
Once I have my first batch of oyster I'm going to try some cubes:)

You know you sound quite experienced, what do you think of drying mushrooms to eat later? I mean cooking mushrooms;) Or do people here just tend to be constantly growing mushrooms because its such an enjoyable hobby?
I hear that they can be dried, put in sealed jars and then re-hydrated when cooking up to 7months later...is this balls? Because if that's true its just awesome

Yes, you can dehydrate your mushrooms and save them for later... Some people like to eat them cracker dry plain ya know As long as they are stored cracker dry, they will last awhile! As far as how people grow...i dunno? ask them!

It is looks like that my growkit is depleted. Can I move the micelium somehow to another brown rice / vermiculite soil?

I would suggest that you print some of the mushrooms that you grew... that way you could be self sufficient...

high, this will be my first time at growing ,i bought the how to grow mushrooms video and had some question,i seen they drilled lots of holes and drilled holes on the bottom , but i've also heard less holes is better and not to drill on the bottom so i can put a small amount of water and hydrogen peroxide in with the perlite, also i'm confused about misting ,i seen nothing on the subject in the video but have read about it,i use to know a guy who grew but turned into a pill junkie so i don't hang out with him anymore, but he told me once that water hurt the mycelium so i was confused about the dunk and roll, thanks for the help and clearing some things up

follow the vid to a "T" it works. holes on the bottom so air can move up through the perlite and evap moisture into your FC environment. thats what creates your humidity.
misting is good as long as it needs it, if it looks dry you mist if not let it be. mushrooms are 90% water so misting the cakes wont hurt it as long as you fan the excess moisture away after misting. no puddling/pooling allowed
dunk after your birth your cakes and roll in verm, then mist to moisten as they need it. after you harvest a cake clean, repeat the dunk and roll, and repeat that until your cake(s) stop producing then start again.
