colonizing and fruiting temps are the same. dont go over 80F.
myc produces a lil bit of its own heat while colonizing so dont go over 80.
no heat pads for anything.

ok im gonna beat a dead horse but i have looked so much im going nuts. i have my cakes in the jars about ready to be took out and started fruiting. i plan to take them out and do the dunk and roll but im comfused at what type of terrarium to make. i have a larrge 90 qt tube with a lid and im needing one that is going to do the best without having to spray it 5 times a day so should i get a bubbler or what should i make? i just need the basics for fruiting these things. so many ways to do it that now im lost.

make a shotgun fc. fill it up with about 3 inches of perlite and you will be set. you will still need to mist and fan thru out the day.

then go with the shotgun fruiting chamber. if you dont stray from the design in any way then its pretty much automatic already.
mist if the cakes look dry then fan/exchange the air when you can. the moist perlite and all the holes work just fine all by themselves.
I did 2X a day and got mushies just fine.

ok but can you not mkae one where you dont have to mist and its more self contained. see i had surgery a week ago and i need a way to where i can get it made and pretty much just leave it alone. is there a good way or is it a waste? a air pump with a bubbler in the tank wouldnt help with air exchange and keeping them moist?

just do the shotgun, having holes on the bottom of the sgfc will draw air up through the perlite lifting evaporated moisture into the air in the FC giving you the humidity needed for a couple weeks b4 you need to mist the perlite to re-hydrate it again. you should still mist the cakes at least every other day if they look dry.
and having it @ room temp you dont need to mess with anything.
all the holes on all 6 sides provide plenty of FAE.
you dont want 'contained' anything for fruiting, standing water (not to mention heated) and stagnit air will just allow bacteria and other contams to thrive in your FC.

Sounds like you will be fine, 88f will NOT kill spores, you don't want distilled water(spring is best) and it can take up to 10 days to see myc. CH

let them do their own thing and leave'em be. its hard at first but you know your doing things right when all your doing is waiting. patience is key in this hobby. If you cant wait then start more.
https://www.shroomery.org/sponsors.php ; <-- any of these vendors and your golden
my favs are:
www.sporeworks.com www.ralphstersspores.com
any of their P.Cubensis (what your growing now) will treat you right.
my top 3 P.cubensis to work with are
Dancing Tigers Z-strain P.E. (fruits slower than other cubes)
but they all have the same growth parameters

Yes, but by the post it sounds like it wasn't/isn't that hot for long.

Yes, Well I would say over 85f but it sounds like he fixed that he was talking about spores. 88f for a short period will get the spores germinating no problem, you just don't want to incubate at that temp room temp is fine.
