Seeing how a lot of people have been having this problem...
DO NOT use aerosols or flammable liquids such as rubbing alcohol or Lysol in a glovebox or other enclosed container in the presence of a flame. It could possibly BLOW UP and cause you or your house to catch fire!
Safety First

PF-Tek is for cubensis. Azures need a wood-based substrate. Always search for an answer first before starting a thread.

it's worked for some, though your results will be poor. Brown rice owns white rice in the nutrient dept. maybe try another store? If you can't find brown rice at all, try supplementing with coffee grounds.

That's a bunch of BS. Works fine, maybe even better. Especially say, if your jars were prepped on the dry side, or sat for an extended period (more than 2 weeks) uninoculated. As long as you have enough spore solution...go nuts. Your jars just shouldn't have any standing water pooled in the bottom. More spore water works better, particularly if your solution is light.
