ok overytime i trip...its awesome at first..then towards the end i start seeing all the negative things ive done in my life......it bring out the most in my guilty concience and i realize all the bad things ive done in my life and how i need to fix them just small shit like some money i owe my dad i realize how shitty it was in my trip....

We're all tuned into a global unconscious that is barely perceptable. When on shrooms, the connection gains bandwidth, making it easier to understand...
Keep at it, make sure your psyche is squeaky clean, then go for 5+ grams. The bandwidth is wide enough in this state to tune in so clearly that it is basically a download. What you get downloaded is the most fascinating, awesome and hilarious knowledge you've ever thought you could think of. Before the download, however, they'll go over the 'lessons' first. This is to remove any negativity from your self, which is normally manifest in the ego.
The hard part is keeping your ego seperated from your self while doing this... all your ego wants to do is bring you back to the materialistic 'norm' and convince you that none of the lessons could possibly be true... but they are.
If you want to get the most out of your sessions, pick a question to 'work on.' I picked 'What is the self-serving purpose of spontaneous human laughter?' That question led me to the most ecstatic moment of my life.
