puking up your shrooms

i puke almost everytime i take shrooms, and its usually before i even start trippin hard and i puke up shrooms, is there anything i can do to not have this happen????

Take motion sickness pills (dramamine or dramamine 2, or generic equivalent)

Try to eat them on an empty stomach. Smoking a little weed helps, too.

Some peoples stomachs simply just can't tolerate mushrooms. I know some other people for whom it's mandatory to toss them up...Try the above and we'll see..g'dluck

Things that have reportedly helped friends of mine:

1 Empty stomach and put them on a peanut butter sandwich
2 Mushroom capsules
3 Dramamine
4 Mushroom honey (some planning is important for this, I think it should sit in the honey for about 4 weeks before injestion)
5 relax


I personally have not _needed_ to try these, I keep them down okay. But these are the methods of friends of mine.
