Why does it take so long...

for my fruits to muture? Ive read that they should take about 3-4 days. Mine are taking 5-6 days. Im not complaining, because they are beautiful. Is it the humidity or temp. or something else?

Make sure you fan the stale air out of the container a few times a day. Many people advocate about 3 times so probably stick to that (it obviously depends on the size of the container to size of fruiting substrate as if its an entire room you're not exactly going to be doing much fanning are you). This can really cause slow growth if your container if quite small so if this is the case make sure you keep fanning the air out.

You can read the faq to discover a few effects you might be under to test whether your environmental variables are okay, things like the mycellium adding a lot of bulk, growing on the stems (or stipes) etc etc

Its all mostly in the faq thesedays.
