Does this aya recipe sound ok?

I have reciently made a $200 order from a very widely respected botanical site and have decided to try ayahuasca for the first time. As for my background I have been using plants in shamanism for over a year and have a fairly good tolerance (I use anywhere between 1000 to 3000 morning glory seeds for trancing when I use them). I was wondering how this recipe sounds.
Banisteriopsis Cappi (28-30 grams) Mimosa Hostillis root bark (14 grams) Datura Inoxia (1 flower) Nicotiana Tobacum (rolled/smoked for protection, clensing) lemon/lime juice (unknown amount added to brew)
I am using this brew to explore and possible help my affliction of forces that I believe are trying to break me down mentally and physically (hence the use of datura). Whether or not my intention is fully met I will keep an open mind to at least learn from this wonderful experiance I'm about to embark on. I have heard many stories of people who have learned so much without even trying from this brew that my expectations are high though even if nothing big is accomplished I would still be blessed to consume this mysterious medicine of the amazon. I will be sure to write a report after the fact so I can be entirely focused during my session. -TsalagiSpirit

Datura? You serious? Who else thinks this is not a good idea to mix with aya?

I've used two datura flowers in Cimora (with 18" Trichocerus Peruvianus several times before) and had no problem. I dunno I have always been able to handle these plants very well.

If you REALLY want to. Other than that it sounds great. I don't think you'll have any problem if that's the case. Might be a bit intense but.. that seems to be what you're looking for.

Yeah sounds quite intense. Something like 70mgs of DMT maybe 300mgs of beta-carbolines. So even if you're a big person you're definately getting a full dose.

What about the datura or tobacco with the b. caapi? No negative effects?

Datura and tobacco are both commonly brewed into aya in South America.
I might caution the OP to use less than a full flower of datura though, unless they're quite experienced with it. Datura is strong ju-ju.

Can I use teflon pots for the brew? I know alluminum is bad because of inedible salts that can dissipate into the tea. But yeah, why wont this recipe work?

Teflon may work, but I would be cautious as the acidified liquid may cause some corrosion of the teflon.
I would double the amount of caapi you plan on using, simply because Ive never used such a small amount. Other than that, the recipe sounds good, just remember to be cautious when using tobacco and especially datura in brews, and be sure you have an appropriate reason for using them in the first place other than for traditional reasons.

brew up all the caapi and all the mimosa in separate brews. start off drinking 50 grams worth of the caapi in one sitting and feel what its like on its own. then the second time round try drinking a little of the mimosa brew say 2 or 3 grams worth about 20 mins after the caapi. and work your way up to desired dose, and if you have good quality herbs you may not need to. smoke your tobacco and use the datura as incense. well thats my 2p worth.
btw you should check out cold water extractions to get the most out of them herbs.
