How many quarts would one of these bags be? I'm trying to figure out how much spawn i'll get out of 5 of these. Trying to get 12 quarts.

You def won't get 12qt out of 5 bags. I think the bags are 1/2qt cuz they're a lb.

Yep. Just knock them up, put them away for a few weeks, and viola-You'll have some nice pins. It really is one of the easiest set-ups IMHO. Cut open the top of the bag when you're ready to pick your first flush, dunk after the first flush is harvested, and put it right back into the bag for subsequent flushes. Just close the top of the bag with safety pins or paper clips to keep the moisture in.

Anywhere from 2-4 cc's would work great. Try to shoot the spores off to the sides of the bags or the corners instead of the center of the substrate, otherwise you'll be waiting a lot longer to see mycelium growth, as it has to sprout its way up from the middle of all that sub, as opposed to growing alongside of the bag where you can see it within a few days.

On average, the consensus seems to be about half an oz. dry per bag total, and you should get 2-3 flushes out of each one.

It seemed like you were saying that you ordered your bags from sporeworks, and I was just gonna say that TMS bags are the way to go. And also that I got 5 TMS bags and 2 SW syringes for $75 shipped. With SW all you gotta do is order 1 syringe, mention Shroomery, and you get a free 1.
