in mycology its best to trash anything that changes colors except blueing. Black Mold is one of the worst. Your health is at serious risk: with you growing that mold and fanning the spores all over the place. on halloween someone posted a video of some dude who just inhailed a type of common bread mold that set an infection in his sinuses. the infection consumed his whole face. eating his face off even into the bone. You or anyone in that house can become seriously ill breathing the massive amounts of mold spores that would come from a cake like that. who cares what the fuck it is- it can kill you. dont wait for an identification. dont examin or smell it. if you ever see any sign of a contam just chunk it. chances are your face wont be eaten off, but you could become deathly sick or even die.
