the THE PSILOCYBIN PRODUCERS GUIDE, talks about using quart size jars, that yeild 50-100 grams wet. If you make a bunch and a use it to incoluate a few jars, and the jars have no contams. then it would be safe to make tea out of the rest of the jar... Use 20cc's to make some cakes, then a few days later trip off of the rest... I think this would be safe enough to do every once and a while. but if you do iy all the time you would probaly end up drinking a bunch of contams some day...

Hi guys... Probably if the jar is contaminated it will taste and smell like hell..... What kinds of contams you can find??? Here the answer: 1: molds=toss the jars( you see the molds right?) 2: bacteria/yeast =taste and smell like fermented
In any case you understand immediatly if is contaminated or not ...just a though
Well on a more scientific note: Someone could make a big batch in a big vat, once they had mastered the procedure, then take a sample and analyze it for content. Then you can find out your psilocybin content, and find out if there are any bacteria.
