Part 2. Practice and Visit * Preparation of slant cultures, 2nd spawns and 3rd ....spawns of edible mushrooms * Cultivation of Volvariella volvacea * CuItivation of Lentinula edodes * Visiting three or four mushroom farms or a mushroom ....factory * Tasting delicious dishes prepared by edible mushrooms * Sightseeing around Shanghai.

Part 4. Summary * Summary and Closing ceremony
Expenses International travel expenses will be borne by the participants themselves (round trip tickets between his/her home country and Shanghai Airport of Shanghai Railway Station) The sponsor will cover, for participants from the developing countries. the expenditure on accommodation, local transportation and training expenses in China during the workshop. However, all participants are advised to take some pocket money for personal purpose such as long distance calls or daily necessities. Participants from developed countries should cover their expenditure elated to the training workshop, including accommodation, transportation and travelling expenses in China.
