Psilocybe Cubensis Strains

I've been growing for about 2 years now using spore prints from other growers I know. I've decided to find a tolerant strain of Psilocybe cubensis and try something different. What type of strain would anyone reccomend that tends to be a little more potent that the others (aside from growing technique) in general and has a quick colonization rate, generally? Forgive me if this post seems stupid, since I have just discovered this site...

My friend..  you need to look around in the  Vendor Forum.    May different vendors have different strains..  If your a Newbie, I'd suggest:  EQ's, GT's, B+, KS..  or somthing in that line..

Another name for Koh Samui? Are Yipi Lais T3 also?

This was stolen without permission from Ralphster's Spores website.  He's also a good place to buy the spores from (hint), so maybe he will forgive me.. :wink:
    This is a domesticated (3rd generation) version of the original Koh Samui strain brought back by researcher John Allen. The original strain was more "wild" and produced varied results, ranging from small to large fruitbodies that took on independent characteristics ranging from shorter bulbulous appearing fruitbodies to tall and slim fruitbodies with umbonate caps.
    The potency of these Thai strains tend to be some of the most potent of the P.cubensis variety. A Full Moon Mushroom Festival  is held once a month on this small island where thousands of people, still to this day, gather to partake of this magical mushroom. From an area where 95% of the inhabitants are Buddhists, this mushroom strain is considered by local natives to be a very sacred gift from the gods.

I would recommend either the Thai Koh Samui's or Thai Lipa Yai.

I've heard a lot about Ralphster's Spores so I think I'm gonna give them a try and order a syringe or two... I've heard much about them and I like their prices so... Thanks for the input and sorry about the double post.
