"flashbacks" --- well, identical experiences occur in people who have never taken psychedelic drugs... but it certainly seems possible that tripstuff may "lower the threshold" for noticing spontaneous ASCs...
and it is quite possible that ingesting "megavitamin" dose levels of vitamin B3 can sorta "tone down" the post-tripping neural excitatory processes a bit (as well as decreasing the duration of the psychedelic tolerance effect, fwiw...)...

I get oevs all the time - I just never really "studied" or "observed" or "dwelled" on them; barely NOTICED them before psychedelics

I read Rick Strassman's DMT, goodt book. A little too much info on the research process bureaucracy IMHO (get to the drugs already  ) He says himself that DMT in the pineal has not been verified, but presents some very strong evidence that it is produced there. I personally believe it is as well. But we're not positive.

Exactly. I think psychedelics simply magnify things that we already percieve when we're sober.

So ummm idk if im the only one but ever since i had a a ego death type trip on shrooms when ever i smoke i get triped out and hav panic attacks and everything looks like im on mushrooms agin.
no OEV like acid or anything but like everyone around me turns into people i made up in my reality like im the only thing that exits...
am i crazy or does anyone ever get this too?? or heard of it??

 Kidding. But this is a 5 year old thread  .
I've heard of such trips. Why not do this: make a new post asking the question you want answered!

The first time I took shrooms everything around me just became a weird hyperspace, as if me and my friend was being transported into hyperspace, now, every time I smoke a lot of weed (I also smoked weed at the time of taking shrooms.) with the same friend sitting next to me, it happens again.

yeah i smoked while on shrooms it gave me a ego death type deal where all moments of my life where happening at once and i became the only thing that existed.
