This isn't really an "Advanced" technique and would probably be more appropriate in the Mushroom Cultivation section and, I believe it's covered somewhere in the grow/find section (not 100% sure tho).

But doing this is called cold shocking, to do this you should lower your temp by 10 degrees farenheit for at least 6 hours (preferably for 12-18). Lowering the temperature more isn't as beneficial and may harm the mycelium.

well it seemed advanced for me,sorry.Howe should i do it?Just put a bowl of ice cubes in teh tank?or put the whole case in the fridge?
