yo Fonz, good work. But did you ever have problems with the corks popping out during sterliziation? I've had problems, and haven't been able to find a way to brace them. Maybe the corks aren't tight enough?

Do you know much about corking? I'm wondering if after I put that cork in, if I put a beercap on that would hold it in.

Also, the bottles are tipped on their side when pressuring cooking, in case that would matter.
