has anybody tried the "sea of shrooms" casing?

well has anyone? and if they have, i would like some opinions on it. it sounds really great...but it seems a little weird. you know, casing in plastic cups and all.

If that is the tek that I am thinking of, thats where that dude says to case a bunch of solo cups with cakes in it, right? Well... as far as I know, you will get larger crops with more surface area. Sounds to me like that is a big waist of time! Why go thru all that trouble? If you are sanitary in the prep of substrates, then you should have no problem using a tek like the straw tek or anything that makes a good cake.

now as far as being a waste of time...IF what this guy says is true, then it actually would be GREAT. and have a GREAT yeild....not to mention being incredibly easy. but i wanted a second opinion. not that i even grow. no i never would grow an illegal substance. :grin:
