i think wheat seedlings is like some kind of sour mash used in brewing, is it not? That just comes to my mind, i'm not sure...

No... My wheat seedlings are some sort of health food. Almost the same nutrients (plus some more) as Soy flour...

Anyway...

Right now it's day 5 (or 6) and I can see colonization on the rice flour / vermiculite. The others still has nothing.
In the case of the Wheat seedlings that's OK, they're not really a flour but rather like small corn-flakes. They'll probably take a while longer to start.
I'm annoyed at the soy flour though... :frown:

Grumble, grumble....

The show goes on, dudes...

Ok... One day later and they all are colonizing...

Rice flour is doing best btw. Maybe "old fashioned" but still does what it's supposed to do...

I have found that pure soy doesnt work so well, bbecause it cooks too much, but a mix of brf and soy works GREAT..
