this is the best and most truest thread i have ever seen
i used to suffer on these occasions from '3secondmind syndrome', which is much like trippers-pockets, but the resulting bounty of incomprehensible items is to be found in a metre radius around you on the floor. i wont kid you, i knew how it all got there, but it always seemed so unlikely that all this shit - i had touched, was part of my general narrative, or frankly even existed.
"...wow, what a fucking mess" "how long have i been sitting here?" "one minute"
i no longer suffer this condition, but then i havent eaten shrooms since i last did.

Any time I trip, I always wind up with collections of things that I didn't have before. It's great fun trying to remember where it all came from and why it was significant enough to pick up at the time.

Looking underage there, also your friend to the left looks like a dirty hippie, the one to the right looks like he's tipping the scene look.

I usually carry a backpack, I can't stand things in my pocket when I am tripping besides maybe an ipod... Simply because things do get lost or misplaced so easy... Besides, it's more fun to search 5 sections of a backpack than two or three pockets... And you can carry a hell of a lot more stuff... I mean junk...
Wallet, Keys, Cellphone, Music, Books, Towels and extra clothes, more yummies, candy, water / drink, food, flashlight, drawing pad and colored pencils, A ton of lent... The possibilities are endless when you arent limited to the size of your pockets You could even carry a baby or your favorite pet.

I have one of those backpacks with multiple straps to anchor it to me, it's wonderful, I cannot be trusted with objects in my hands. I think the backpack adds a therapeutic weight too. I always have to have water with him and I can't carry it any other way.
and remember always carry a towel!
...especially in the winter.

I tend to get anxious over things in my pocket. I like tripping unconstricted, but a lot of the times it's "nice" to have things like, your ID card while tripping.
At least, for the time being.

I guess I've got Reverse Tripper's Pocket Syndrome. The first time I shroomed I explicitly remember grabbing my cell phone from my inner coat pocket and chucking it as far as I could at least 3 - 4 times, but when I woke up it was still in my coat!?!

the only things they are in my pocket when i trip are:
left pocket: lighter, smokes. right pocket: bowl, grass, keys.
other than that, my pockets stay empty. hate having all that clutter in there while i am frying, i hate stumbling through my pockets looking for something. i usually don't even carry my wallet or phone because i could lose them.

I have what's more commonly referred to as Raver Pocket Syndrome
I wear pants that are COVERED in as many pockets as possible, go into the party having them LOADED with a variety of vicks, glowing things, soft fuzzy things, psychedelic things, monies, cigarettes, drinks (can't go into the club with a drink in your hand), toys of all kinds, etc
Everything basically floats around and tries to make it back into a pocket. Some things do, some things don't, some things come back that aren't mine at all.
It's fun, my bookbag usually comes into play too. Luckily ravers usually don't give a shit about what they bring and what they lose. It really is like christmas
When I'm tripping all I know about my pockets is that LEFT=Cell Phone RIGHT=Cigarettes & Lighter BACKRIGHT=Wallet BACKLEFT=Empty, and I try to keep that in mind to make sense of why these things are there. None of them are necessary when tripping though so they stay still.
