10 years old, I'm not so sure abooot that. Looks de-grafted/rooted to me. Could be wrong though, but for a plant that size, the root looks a little on the small side...
Edited to say, at 30 seconds you can see it is definitely not seed grown. Still, probably a good 5 years in age though...Shame, as someone for sure has some time invested in it...
