dont freeze mushrooms. There 90% water. Expect a mushie mess once defrosted. Freezing ruptures the celll walls of mushroom tissue.

i wouldn't clone it. the fridge is a nasty place with millions of bacteria. a clone is still possible but my quess is you will not succeed
