I just wanted to see what y'alls opininons are about casing between flushes. If you do it, what are your methods? Such as, when do you re-case, what do you re-case with, do you put it in a incubation chamber or leave it in fruiting chamber. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Some people like to just fill in the holes where mushrooms were removed with new material between flushes.  My first flush almost always destroys the entire casing layer, so I scrape everything off with a sterile fork and recase.  After recasing, I let the tray revert back to vegetative growth so that it can colonize the casing layer.  When it's sufficiently colonized, I fruit again.  Simple enough..
