man...I wanna move to Alaska..seems that they are 10steps ahead of all us in this category. I think now you can only posses up to an ounce in Alaska tho, right? It used to be 4 ounces but now I beleive its only 1ounce,right?And what about growing your own bud in Alaska? Is that regulated also? Ive read about this, but I know there are some new laws regarding marijuana and Alaska..Ive read somewhere that they state attorney was trying to change all this. But the courts said it was unconstitutional to arrest somebody for "home" use,but the state prosecutor said that law enforcement would still arrest anyone who violated federal law and would leave the setencing up to the courts...what a dick!

Just 820,083 of them so far... Congrats on being able to ride down the road without the fear of imprisonment for having some dried flowers in your pocket.
Maybe someday I'll know the feeling too.

my towns initiative passed! I've been working with this group for three years now, and although my attendance has been nil lately, I'm really happy for them and it goes to show that hard work really does pay off.

Require adult marijuana possession laws to be the lowest priority for local law enforcement.
we've been pushing for that for years. Hopefully it gets taken seriously. There's at least one arrest per day in my town related to cannabis.
