Pegasus, Way cool. One of the things I like about ckecking in here is new ideas. I got to tell you, have never seen this before. Got relatives down in NC, and have retrieved some massive cones. Ever try any of these gargantuans? Always learning!

Hi Peggy I live on the gulf coast of florida and there are mushrooms called Strobilurus trullisatus which grows on old dougles-fir cones and is commonly called douglas-fir collybia. I have no idea what bohemicamycel is?

So what exactly did you do .. did you just inject spore solution into a pine cone? Or did you do an agar mycelium transfer?

Very nice pegasus. Keep up the experimenting. Have you tried filling a few mason jars with chipped pinecones (after they have been pasteurized)?
