I've been trying to add an image to my signature, but it just doesn't show up. How exactly do you add a signature image, the UBB codes just seem to disappear. While i was looking i also noticed the button to add or upload a new avatar is gone.

upload it to the shroomery server.. just reply to a post, and where it says" put pictures in this post" is where you upload it, or at least where i do.
then if it is not included in the file name add
[image*]FILENAME[/image*]
just leave out the *'s

okay, so i'm not crazy, I did that. and i do the [image] filename [/image] thing, and i submit the changes make a test post and i t doesn't show, i go back to my signature thing and check it and my new addition is missing (the UBB code with the path to the file name that is) i don't get it.

see i just did that, as i had done before posting this question.. and it didn?t work, lets see if it works now..
nope it didn?t.. but here?s the picture i can link in the post, just not my sig section

try using the html code...

(without the spaces)

I used the [image*] tags and put your little banner in my sig for about ten minutes to see if it would work, and it did, so ubbthreads must just hate you.
What did you do to anger the software?

this is amazing, it's like my image is locked at "vote neuro 2004"... i had changed it to "blah blah blah" and it still shows up at Vote Neuro, i went back to edit my settings, and it reverted back to "vote neuro" it's amazing..
