replacement for coffee

I was never a coffee fan, cannot stand the taste. I'm looking for something that will keep me going throughout the day. What are my options? Anything good for a caffeine alternative? Anyone ever drink coca tea? I work 8-12 hour days, and I am out of energy halfway throughout the day. Any vitamins or herbals I can take?

those 5 hour energy things don't even have the kick of a shot of espresso and you deffinitely DO crash after exactly 5 hours
you can't replace coffee, just acquire a taste for it. chocolate is great with coffee, whether it be hot cocoa mix or chocolate syrup

Try tea (like brewed tea leaves, not mint raspberry bullshit). It doesn't have as much caffeine but it has a much milder flavor.

Yerba Mate. It's similar to green to tea, but has similar amounts of caffeine as coffee and I find it to not be nearly as 'up and down' as coffee. (My pick)
Or B vitamins, which are found in specif foods...or you can find supplements/boosters.
Ginseng/Ginko bibola are also good for increasing energy levels
I'm sure there's more, but in the way of natural products, they're what I've found useful.

I've switched from coffee to tea, see how you like the pre-brewed stuff first (bags ect.) if you do then work your way into a kettle / filter, makes the taste so much stronger and just a more delicious blend.
if that doesn't work, coke?

Yeba mate, or green tea. Gotta get the good stuff though. This Drum Mountain has me zinging, and I won't crash.

I always found yoga to have to effect of a cup of coffee on my energy levels. However, I have replaced yoga with coffee in the past few years.
Although, daily exercise and better nutrition can also have improve energy levels.
But if you want the caffeine without the taste try espresso drinks. I like caramel lattes as a treat. You get it with whip cream its like a sugar drink. Add a few extra shots and it will kick your ass if you are not sensitive to caffeine. There are two down sides, however, the first being the cost. The latter being if that too much sugar may cause a crash.

^ yoga is also good for a wakeup and to get you through the day
Kratom is the best. I don't like coffee because caffeine makes me feel jittery and not very good in general. The stimulant effect of Kratom, imo, is much gentler but works better. The mild opioid effect is also great for motivating you to work. I find that you don't crash on it, as it wears off gentley. It won't last 12 hours. You could take more at lunch, but I never felt the need to.
It doesn't taste good, but I think people make too big a deal over it.

adderall or dexedrine
