Perlite?

I was wondering how often i need to spray my fruiting chamber if I put perlite in the bottom? I have a spray shield on the top and a mesh tray in the bottom with the perlite underneath it. also if i put a heating pad on low underneath my fruiting chamber wouldn't it add humidity by warming up the perlite?

If you put a heating would raise the temp, which would in turn lower the humidity, since the hotter the air, the higher the dew point. Plus, raising the temp wouldn't be beneficial since ideal fruiting temps are 73-76.
