I have gathered the limited Psilocybe semilanceata cultivation information on the URL below. I have also posted a successful outdoor experiment with pictures. This species is of great interest to the Shroomery community and it may have more potential than P. azurescens for indoor cultivation.

we started a new attempt with our austrian semis from the alps....
on MEA and then on whole millet grain....
spawn run is terribly slow (6 weeks now)...
i think then to crumble it on straw/sheepdung-compost...
