Listen man, the natural extroverts are right, but they don't understand your mindset so it's not getting through. I will break it down for you:
1) GO OUT. Do you really think there's ANY other way? Not later, now. GO OUT. GO OUT!!!!!!
2) You are a good person that offers happiness to women. You do not need to become this, you need to learn how to display it socially.
3) Do not fear rejection because YOU HAVE NOT LOST ANYTHING. It does not mean ANYTHING about your worth as a person. You have GAINED experience and feedback. It's a big social experiment and you're just calibrating until you lock it down.
4) You are not going out to get laid. You are going out to meet people and CONNECT. ENJOY THE PROCESS. If you're not having fun out there, why the hell would women be attracted?
5) Action, not perfection. GO OUT. Learn on the job.
6) Be on your path, know what you want, don't be afraid to go after it. You don't NEED a girlfriend, you WANT a girlfriend because sex is fun and will bring you mutual enjoyment.
7) Women are everywhere. Good women are everywhere. Hot women are everywhere. Good, nice, honest, trustworthy, hot-as-fuck women are EVERYWHERE. If you crash and burn with one, there are MORE.

I actually like this post a lot. I'm a natural introvert as well but this is generally how I try to approach things and I've actually had moderate success in getting strange women not to swat me away like a fly.  I'm still dating a few of them, but I don't know if I've ever found "girlfriend material" this way.
