I would go with the flake... Dunno about that recipe. I suppose I would go with one of the 3 stamets reccomends most:

malt extract agar
potato dextrose agar
dog food agar

Recipes in TMC and GGMM... If you would like the recipes, I suppose i could post em, just a tad lazy right now. bad day

camel, i'd like those recipes. i don't have the books, although i'm planning on it......sometime. i was going to ask about agar recipes anyway, so now seemed like a good time and place.
