I am pastuerizing a small amount of dung and straw right now. temp is about 175. I think an hour will do. Agreed?

My buddy has pasturized for 40 minutes, seems alright, but I think an hour should be fine.

An hour might be overkill. When pasturizing you don't want to kill off ALL bacteria. I have heard fourty minutes also but TMC says 160 deg for 30 mins. If you over pasturize you might be opening yourself up to contams.

Vatoloco has argued that 2hrs was needed.... Mycophile did an hour at 180 (i think) in his growlog....
